When should I apply Krampz® patches for best results?
Krampz® patches can be applied any time. For best results, apply Krampz® proactively the morning before your menstrual cycle is expected to begin or at the first sign of discomfort.
Do I need to shave before applying Krampz® patches?
For best adherence, skin should be clean and dry, and any hair under the patch should be removed.
Can I apply Krampz® patches on broken or irritated skin?
No. Krampz® patches should only be applied to intact skin and should not be used on broken or irritated skin.
How long can I wear Krampz® patches?
You can wear Krampz® patches for up to 72 hours, or as long as the adhesive stays securely in place. They are sweat- and water-resistant, but adhesion may vary based on movement and skin type.
Can I wear more than one Krampz® patch at a time?

How long does it take for Krampz® patches to work?

How do I know if Krampz® patches are working?

How do I remove Krampz® patches?
Gently lift one corner of the patch while holding the skin steady, then peel it away slowly toward the center. Repeat on the other side. If you have sensitive skin, removing it in the shower may help.
Will Krampz® patches leave residue on my skin?
Krampz® patches should not leave residue on your skin. If any adhesive remains, it can be removed easily with soap and water.
Are Krampz® patches reusable?
No. Krampz® patches are single-use only and are not reusable.
What is the shelf life of Krampz® patches?

Yes. Krampz® patches are sweat- and water-resistant.
